Now I'm very healthy, thanks to my mother. The reason why I keep health everyday is that my family take care of me very well.
At first, I think the most thing which make me health is my moter's cook. My mother always makes very delicious foods which have much nutrition. For example, she cooks Japanese foods; miso-soup, rice and some fish or vegetables for morning meal. The are so good and very health, I think. In addition, she make a lunch box and supper everyday, so I think my mother's cook is the most reason why I can be always healthy.
